Christine Blidy

In her leadership role as Chief Network Officer, Blidy leads Millennium’s efforts to develop a comprehensive multi-year strategy for the management of “Pay-for -Performance” metrics; and facilitates and supports Value-Based Payment activities and contracts with Millennium’s partners including physicians, hospitals and other healthcare providers.

She also works with Millennium’s Executive Director to determine optimal organizational structure; facilitates financial and funds flow strategy for Delivery Service Reform Incentive Program Years 3-5; and serves as relationship lead for Partner/Provider Network and Managed Care Organizations as well as staff lead for the Finance Board Committee. She also provides leadership and direction to Project Management, Human Resource, Finance and Communication/Marketing staff.

Blidy brings extensive hospital, health system and managed care experience in the areas of financial management, reimbursement, operations, contracting and value based payment. She has worked in a variety of settings including Sisters of Charity Hospital, Bertrand Chaffee Hospital and the Catholic Health System. Prior to joining Millennium, she served as Senior Director, Provider Network Management and Operations at HealthNow, serving Buffalo and Albany markets.

Blidy holds an associate’s degree in Health Information Management from Alfred State (State University of New York College of Technology) Alfred, NY; and a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management and Economics from State University of New York Empire State College. She currently serves on the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) National Healthcare Economics Panel.
