Rozana Melandinidis has joined Millennium as Finance Manager reporting to Kathrine Panzarella, CPA, Director of Finance, effective Aug. 29, 2016.
She is responsible for all bookkeeping, including monthly financial statements, month end close, preparing budgets, and streamlining processes, etc.
Rozana brings over seven years accounting/finance experience, most recently as Supervising Senior Accountant at Tronconi, Segarra and Associates.
Rozana earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo and is currently completing her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) requirements.
Miranda Chia has joined Millennium as Business Performance Analyst reporting to Jamie Bono, Chief Reporting Officer, effective Sept. 26, 2016.
She is responsible for collecting and preparing data for financial and operational analysis and reporting.
Miranda has over 10 years of experience in a multitude of healthcare related fields such as home health, medical transportation, adult foster care and managed long term care. She most recently served as Business Advisor with Kaleida Health.
Miranda recently completed a Master’s of Science degree in Analytics from Harrisburg University of Science and Technology in Harrisburg, PA.
Aaron Thorne has joined Millennium as IT Network Analyst reporting to Jamie Bono, Chief Reporting Officer, effective October 24, 2016.
Aaron previously supported Erie County Medical Center as Senior Technical Assistant of Information Systems for the past seven years.
He is responsible for all information technology network and infrastructure for Millennium.
Aaron holds an Associate’s degree in Computer Art and Animation from Alfred State College, the State University of New York College of Technology located in Alfred, NY, and is currently working on his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS) from the State University of New York College at Buffalo.
Christine Blidy has joined Millennium as Chief Network Officer reporting to Al Hammonds, Executive Director, effective Oct. 31, 2016.
Christine’s primary responsibility will be to serve as the liaison for Millennium and Partners in transitioning to the Value Based Payment (VBP) benefit design, Provider Contracting Strategy (via the Master Participation Agreements), and helping develop the future structure of Millennium.
Christine brings a wealth of healthcare experience from several healthcare facilities such as Sisters of Charity Hospital, Bertrand Chaffee Hospital and Catholic Health System. Most recently, Christine served as Senior Director, Provider Network Management and Operations, HealthNow – BlueCross and BlueShield of WNY, BlueShield of NENY.
Christine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management and Economics from Empire State College. She currently serves on the National HealthCare Economics Panel.
David Smeltzer, Jr. has joined Millennium as part-time Health Data Analyst reporting to Jon Phillips, Director Health Information Technology, effective Nov. 1, 2016.
David brings three years’ experience in health-related technology and a proven track record of creating solutions that improve the quality of individual and population health, while driving down unnecessary costs. David holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from Penn State University.
David’s responsibilities include supporting the full data and analytics life cycle from understanding business needs, data preparation, analysis and reporting.
Patrick Gagnon has joined Millennium as part-time Operations Support Analyst reporting to Jamie Bono, Chief Reporting Officer, effective Oct. 31, 2016. Patrick previously supported Millennium as a Population Health Analytics intern.
Patrick is currently working towards his Master’s degree in Public Health from the University at Buffalo’s School of Public Health and Health Professions.
Patrick’s primary responsibilities will be to collect, prepare analyze and report on operational data in support of Millennium’s DSRIP projects.
Meals on Wheels for Western New York appointed LaTonya Diggs MSW, to its board of directors. LaTonya is the DSRIP Project Specialist at Millennium Collaborative Care PPS, where she focuses on Community Crisis Stabilization. She has nearly 25 years of experience in the health care and human services industries.

According to Megan Dumpleton, M.S., CHES, Community Educator/Communications Coordinator, the Award is in honor of ECCPASA’s late Public Educator, Bill MacVicar, and is meant to honor his legacy of advocacy, community education, fighting stigma and removing barriers for those in need of services in the community.
“This award serves as a tribute to Bill, and is meant to be shared with someone in the field who exemplifies the qualities of a true professional, dedicated to the field of substance abuse prevention,” said Megan.
“Ms. Hubbard-Robinson is being recognized for her commitment to improving the health and wellness of local communities. She has done this through countless endeavors, but the recognition she receives through this award is for her radio shows: the Millennium Health Matters Radio Show and previously, the Great Lakes Health Radio Show,” Megan added.
“Through these shows, Ms. Hubbard-Robinson assisted in spreading awareness about substance abuse addiction and prevention by inviting ECCPASA’s Executive Director on to speak about these very important issues. We want to thank Ms. Hubbard-Robinson for her continued dedication to improving the lives of those in Erie County.”
The mission of Erie County Council for the Prevention of Alcohol and Substance Abuse is to deliver research driven education, prevention, intervention programs and services to promote and support the health and wellness of individuals, families and communities by focusing on solutions to alcohol and other drug misuse, addiction and unhealthy behaviors. ECCPASA provides leadership to fight the stigma associated with addiction through public education, policy awareness, liaison with health professionals and recovering communities, by providing objective information, referral, and linkages to those in need.
