Nicole Aloisio, Care Coordinator Assistant, joined Millennium Collaborative Care in August. Reporting to Andrea Wanat, Director of Behavioral Health, Nicole is responsible for developing care coordination workflows, while creating data driven care coordination identification processes working with the Millennium Population Health tools, as well as supporting the creation of care coordination assessment and tracking forms. Prior to May, Nicole worked as a Behavioral Health Intern here at MCC and as a Consumer Aide at the New York State Office of the Attorney General. She holds a Master in Public Health from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Julianne Hergenroder, Data Analyst, joined the Millennium team in October. Reporting to Patrick Gagnon, Enterprise Systems Support Analyst, Juli will be responsible for validating data sources and conducting analyses to profile the data’s integrity.By working closely with the Data & Analytics team to identify potentially valuable data, she will locate and retrieve relevant data sources; profile the required data fields; develop the required analysis; and communicate relevant findings to enrich Millennium’s datasets. Juli previously served as a Data Specialist in Quality and Patient Safety with Catholic Health. She holds a Master of Public Health from Benedictine University; a Master of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Central Missouri; and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from State University of New York College at Brockport.

Julie Lesakowski, Financial Accountant, joined Millennium Collaborative Care in September. Reporting to Rozana Melandinidis, Finance Manager, Julie is responsible for collating financial reporting materials, performing bookkeeping/accounting for all transactions by project/workstream, while assisting in the coordination and collaboration with Erie County Medical Center’s financial reporting department. Prior joining Millennium, Julie worked as a Staff Accountant in the Accounting & Auditing Department at Tronconi, Segarra and Associates, LLP. She holds a dual-Master of Business Administration in Professional Accounting from Canisius College and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Allie Nash, Operational Reporting Analyst, joined Millennium Collaborative Care in September. Reporting to Miranda Chia, Business Performance Analyst, Allie is responsible for collecting and preparing data analysis and reporting on financial and operational performance. By working closely with leadership to understand insight needs, she will translate the needs to data requirements; compile required data sets; perform required analysis; and present actionable findings with visualizations and discovery capabilities that can be clearly understood by both internal and external customers. Allie holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a minor in Economics from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
