Joe Eberle succeeds Jon Phillips as Chief Analytics Officer, Data and Analytics.
Millennium Collaborative Care has announced the promotion of Joe Eberle to Chief Analytics Officer, Data and Analytics. He succeeds Jon Phillips, who has decided to transition into “semi-retirement” as an Executive Consultant.
“We are tremendously grateful for all Jon has helped us accomplish in the mission critical area of Data and Analytics,” said Al Hammonds, Executive Director.
Prior to joining Millennium as Director of Health Information Technology in 2016, Phillips served as a Senior Manager for Chicago-based Ernst & Young; Delivery Service Executive with Dearborn Advisors, LLC ; and Senior Manager with Accenture. He holds an MPA, Public Administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
“Building on his tremendous industry experience, Jon launched our vision, mission and strategy; forged critical industry relationships and partnerships; and recruited and trained outstanding staff, including Joe Eberle,” Hammonds added. “He has brought us to the cusp of unveiling what I’m certain will be a regional powerhouse healthcare data capability under Joe’s leadership moving forward.”
As Chief Analytics Officer, Eberle will report to Al Hammonds, and will become a member of the Millennium Executive Leadership Team. He assumes overall accountability for the ongoing development and implementation of Millennium’s Data and Analytics vision, mission and strategy and continued management and development of Data and Analytics staff. Eberle will also serve as a primary interface with Master Participation Agreement and industry partners; and continue to lead the overall implementation and management of Millennium’s healthcare data capabilities.
“Joe joined Millennium in January 2018 as Director – Data & Analytics, and in a very short time has demonstrated outstanding expertise regarding the delivery of innovative solutions and advanced analytics for the healthcare industry,” said Hammonds.
Prior to Millennium, Eberle served as a Consultant with HealthNow; Chief Executive Officer/Chief Technical Officer, Intelligent Care Management (ICM); and Consultant, Computer Task Group. He holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the State University of New York at Brockport.
