Jordon Rabey, Healthcare Analytics and Reporting Analyst joined Millennium Collaborative Care in November. Reporting to Jon Phillips, Director of Health Information Technology, Jordon is responsible for analyzing Medicaid health care data including claims, clinical and other data to track and trend health care utilization and quality of care for Millennium’s client population. Prior to joining MCC, Jordon worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield as a Clinical Analyst. He holds a bachelor’s of science degree in Biomedical Sciences and a master’s degree in Epidemiology from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Frank Jaworski, Development Operations Analyst, joined Millennium in February. Reporting to Jamie Bono, Data Scientist, Frank supports development and deployment of software tools for clinical, business and operational analysis. Prior to joining MCC, Frank served as a Software Developer/Business Analyst at Dent Neurologic. He holds a bachelor’s of science degree in Electrical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Nicole Aloisio, Behavioral Health Intern, joined Millennium in January. Reporting to Andrea Wanat, Director of Behavioral Health, Nicole is assisting with best practice research; developing pilot programs and creating workflows, flyers, and reference guides for use in partner agencies. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science Interdisciplinary from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and is currently on track to receive a masters of Public Health degree with a concentration in Community Health and Health Behavior in May.

Lauren McCarthy, Health Analytics Intern joined Millennium in February. Reporting to Laura Kennedy, Practice Transformation Specialist, Lauren is assisting with Salesforce data warehouse updating and supporting consultations with contracted primary care providers regarding Delivery Service Incentive Program deliverables and Primary Care Medical Home (PCMH) submissions.

Courtney McDermott, Communications Intern, joined Millennium in March. Reporting to Peter Ciotta, Communications Director, Courtney is assisting in developing and publishing content for Millennium’s website and social media channels, as well as assisting with special events, special projects, and media relations. Courtney holds an associate’s degree in Communications Arts from Erie Community College, and is currently attending SUNY Buffalo State College where she is on track to receive a bachelor’s degree in Public Communications with a minor in Creative Studies in December.
