Stuff Nicole Cleague has joined Millennium as Population Health Services Assistant, effective Mon., Nov. 19, 2018.

Prior to joining Millennium, Stuff served as Medical Secretary/Administrative Assistant with Kaleida Health where she supported Medicare and Medicaid billing, and provided customer service including insurance review and verification, and worker compensation claim processing.

Prior to Kaleida, Stuff served as Manager of Business Operations for Good Samaritan Hospital in Los Angeles, Calif. In this leadership role, Stuff oversaw all business operations including management of HIPAA compliance; employee recruitment, retention and training; budget planning and grant writing; and managed improvement projects utilizing Six Sigma/Lean Sigma principles.

Stuff holds a Master of Science degree in School and Community Health from Canisius College, and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Medaille College.

She also earned an Associate of Science degree in Emergency Management from Erie Community College; an Associate of Science degree, Cum Laude, from Medaille College; and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, Cum Laude, from Medaille College. Stuff has also completed course work in Paralegal Studies, PennFoster College, Scranton, PA; Computer Science, Trade Technical College, Los Angeles, Calif.; and Professional Medical and Dental Assistant, Career Development Institute, Atlanta, GA.  She also holds certificates as a Clinical Trainer, Electrocardiograph Technician, and Phlebotomist, and is currently completing Notary Public certification.
