Resources are available to assist with the adoption, implementation, and usage of CMS-certified electronic health record technology to help Medicaid Eligible Professionals to achieve Meaningful Use Stage 1 and Stage 2 standards.

The P2 Collaborative of Western New York presents the EP2 Program to provider organizations interested in receiving assistance to help their Medicaid Eligible Professionals achieve the following milestones:

  • Adoption, Implementation, or Usage of CMS-Certified EHR technology
  • Meaningful Use Stage 1 attestation
  • Meaningful Use Stage 2 attestation

Available resources include a trained subcontractor network of locally-based practice facilitators who have successfully helped nearly 1,000 providers in WNY achieve these milestones. Practice facilitators will work on-site directly with staff to develop and implement change. Provider organizations will be matched with an available facilitator.

There is no sign-up fee for this program. Through support from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the NYSDOH Office of Health Insurance Programs, and New York eHealth Collaborative (NYeC), participation is absolutely free. However, your success is contingent upon your level of engagement.
