About Dr. Outten: Dr. Outten received her Medical Degree from East Carolina University School of Medicine in 1993. She completed her Psychiatry Residency at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine in 1996 and her Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellow at State University of New York at Buffalo in 1998. A Licensed and Board Certified Adult/Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, Dr. Outten works with clients age 3 to 40 years old. She has expertise in autism and will see all ages. Her areas of specialty include mood disorders, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, anger management, autism spectrum disorders, and pharmacotherapy.
