Please note: The Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) recently received a grant to help a number of communities develop programs and efforts to increase and improve the end of life planning conversations. They are officially aligned with “The Conversation Project,” but remain flexible and open to working with all types of programs with the same goals. Buffalo is one of only 4 cities from around the country who will receive this support.
September is National Recovery Month.
