Alicia Gizzi has joined Millennium as Population Health Engagement Manager, effective Nov. 13, 2018.

In her new role, Alicia will join the Population Health Strategic Implementation Team reporting to Tammy Fox, Director, Project Management Office.

Alicia brings to Millennium over four years of engagement manager experience. Most recently, Alicia served as Practice Coordinator with Optimum Physician Alliance (OPA) where she played a lead role in engaging, developing and maintaining relationships with physicians and their office staff to advance partnerships and collaboration between the practice and OPA. Alicia was also integral in the analysis and distribution of strategic data and performance metrics; and was involved with coordinating all aspects of practice transformation towards building a clinically integrated network.

Alicia holds a Master of Arts in Television Broadcast Journalism from the University of Miami; and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the State University of New York College at Buffalo where she graduated magna cum laude and was awarded Outstanding Student in the Mass Communication Department.

Gina Mucha has joined Millennium as Population Health Analyst on the Data and Analytics team, effective Nov. 13, 2018.

Gina recently completed a Master of Public Health, Epidemiology from Daemen College; where she also graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Promotion – Community Health Administration.

Most recently, Gina completed the Erie County Department of Health Narcan Training. She has also served as a Research Intern, Writer/Assistant on the University at Buffalo Tonawanda Coke Company Soil Study project; and also completed an internship with the ECMC Center for Occupational & Environmental Medicine. In addition, she worked as a Patient Registration Representative for AccelCare in Blasdell.

Currently, Gina serves as a Fundraising Volunteer for the Western New York Children’s Psychiatric Center; and has volunteered as an English Second Language Teacher Assistant at the International Institute.
